Registration Fee: Pay the Host Registration Fee for the scheduled workshop conducted at your local church. If your church is handling payments from individuals, all registration fees must be included.

Method of Payment: Pay by cash through PayPal. *Credit card users add 5 percent for processing fee to total cost. All credit card payments are subjected to this processing fee by PayPal.
